SOC Support Technician – Sure

As a Sure SOC Support Technician, you will be an important part of the frontline support team for business customers. You will log support and request tickets, process changes and provide first line support our business customers using industry standard best practices and cutting-edge tools. You will act as a champion for our valued business customers by being professional, and by using your exceptional organisation and communication skills. You will use these to drive faults and requests to closure. Sure SOC Technicians also contribute significantly to continual service improvement by collaborating with other engineering teams across the Sure group.

Due to the nature of Sure’s business customers, SOC Support Technicians work as part of a dedicated team working on a 24×365 shift rota, which attracts a generous shift allowance.
