Meet the speaker
Elizabet Gomes Dos Santos
Dr Gomes Dos Santos completed her medical training in South Africa and Portugal before undertaking specialist postgraduate training in Medical Oncology. She also holds a Master’s degree in Oncobiology, providing a strong foundation in cancer biology and modern systemic therapies.
She has more than 20 years of consultant‑level experience and currently serves as Clinical Lead for Cancer Services in Jersey.
Dr Elizabet Gomes Dos Santos is a highly experienced Consultant Medical Oncologist and the Clinical Lead for Cancer Services in Jersey. She provides private cancer care at Jersey General Hospital, offering expert assessment and treatment for patients with a wide range of solid tumours.
She is committed to delivering clear, compassionate, and personalised care. Her approach focuses on shared decision‑making, helping patients and their families feel informed and supported throughout diagnosis, treatment and ongoing follow‑up.
