Asset Analyst – Andium Homes Limited

The Asset Analyst supports the Head of Asset Strategy in the delivery of Andium Homes’ Strategic Asset Management Plan and wider corporate objectives.

The role is responsible for transforming complex asset, financial, compliance and property data into meaningful insight that supports informed decision-making across the organisation. By analysing large datasets, identifying trends and opportunities, and presenting findings in a clear and accessible manner, the postholder will help ensure Andium’s assets continue to perform environmentally, socially and economically throughout their lifecycle.

This role will support the development of a modern, data-led asset management function through the continuous improvement of asset intelligence, performance reporting and information governance.

The postholder will contribute to lifecycle planning, stock condition management, option appraisals and strategic asset reviews, helping to inform decisions on whether assets should be retained, improved, repurposed, redeveloped or disposed of to maximise value and benefit for customers and the organisation.

Working collaboratively across departments, the Asset Analyst will champion the use of data, technology and emerging analytical tools to improve business intelligence and support evidence-based decision-making. The role will also assist in the management of property information, including leases, easements, boundaries, wayleaves and other land-related interests, ensuring records remain accurate, accessible and fit for purpose.

To succeed in this role, the postholder must be able to interpret and communicate large volumes of information, drawing out meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. They will play a key role in improving data quality, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting Andium Homes’ ambition to move towards real-time asset intelligence, predictive analytics and a more digitally enabled approach to asset management.
