Snap are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join their growing digital marketing team.
The successful applicant will be hands-on across paid media (social + PPC), reporting/analytics, social content, email marketing, marketing system management and SEO, working across a range of clients and projects in a busy, collaborative team that moves quickly and cares about the details. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who’s a keen learner, looking for a varied role, and confident switching between channels and priorities.
What you’ll be responsible for
Paid campaigns (Social & PPC):
- Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn (and others as needed).
- Build campaigns with strong structure: objectives, targeting, budgets, creative, landing page alignment, and tracking.
- Optimise performance through testing (audiences, creative, messaging, placements, bidding, budget allocation).
- Maintain platform hygiene: Quality assurance checks, naming conventions, documentation, and performance pacing.
Reporting, analytics & tracking:
- Support tracking implementation, compliance and maintenance (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager, third-party pixels, cookie banners).
- Build and maintain regular performance reporting (dashboards, reports, summaries).
- Translate data into actions: what’s working, what to test next, what to improve.
SEO & website content updates:
- Support on-page optimisation (titles/meta, headings, internal linking, basic content improvements).
- Publish and maintain blog content with search intent in mind, collaborating on briefs.
Make updates in a CMS (e.g., WordPress/Webflow), updating text/images, creating pages/posts, and keeping formatting consistent.
System Management:
- Support the management of marketing software, tools and systems.
Social content:
- Support social content scheduling and delivery across client accounts.
- Help write captions and keep output consistent with each brand’s tone of voice.
Email marketing:
- Build and schedule email campaigns and automations (platform dependent).
- Use segmentation and testing to improve performance (subject lines, content, timing, audience).
- Maintain list hygiene and support best practice around consent and deliverability.

Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with GA4 / GTM and conversion tracking
- Experience building dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio) and turning performance data into insights.
- Email marketing experience (Mailchimp/Klaviyo/HubSpot or similar), including basic automations/segmentation.
- SEO experience: comfortable using Google Search Console, supporting on-page optimisation (titles/meta/internal linking/basic technical checks)
- CMS/website content updates: confident updating sites in a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow), swapping images/text, creating and formatting blog posts/pages, and keeping content clean and consistent.
- Basic creative skills (e.g., Canva / simple editing) to support quick-turn content.
- Competent with AI tools: uses AI responsibly to speed up research, copy drafts, reporting summaries, and content ideation with strong quality assurance and brand/accuracy checks.
