Golf Brands Limited is home to a portfolio of iconic golf equipment brands including MacGregor, Ben Hogan and Ram. We are passionate about the game, serious about product, and focused on building brands that resonate with golfers around the world.
We are primarily a direct to consumer company with the majority of our revenue coming from ecommerce, fulfilling orders from our warehouses across the world, including the UK, US, Canada, China and Australia.
We’ve recently made Jersey our home and head office, and are in the process of building out our team for growth over the next few years.
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the action — running campaigns, analysing results, and continually finding ways to improve performance.
You’ll be involved across a wide range of digital channels, supporting everything from paid media and email campaigns to content updates and performance reporting. If you’re curious, organised, and enjoy seeing your work translate into real results, this role will suit you well.
What You’ll Be Doing
Running Digital Campaigns
- Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across paid, email, social, SEO, and website channels.
- Help deliver product launches, promotions, and seasonal activity across our brands.
- Coordinate assets, timelines, and campaign set-up.
Performance & Paid Media
- Assist with managing and optimising paid campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta.
- Track performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, traffic, and conversion rates, and help identify opportunities to improve results.
Content & Website Support
- Help manage and publish content across our websites, emails, and social channels.
- Ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and designed to drive engagement and conversion.
- Support ongoing website improvements, including basic SEO and conversion rate optimisation activity.
Email & CRM
- Build and send email campaigns and automated flows.
- Support audience segmentation and list management.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and overall performance, testing and refining where possible.
Reporting & Insights
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
- Produce clear, easy-to-understand performance reports.
- Support testing and experimentation to help us continually improve.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 1–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with at least some digital channels (paid media, email, social, SEO, or content).
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, email platforms, or CMS systems.
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Clear written communication skills.
- A can-do attitude – we are a small business, and there are times when we all have to where more than one hat and ‘muck in’.
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce or a performance-led business.
- An interest in golf. Golfers are a uniquely obsessed bunch, so it is important you can talk that talk with them and to them
