We’re looking for a detail-oriented, digitally savvy e-Commerce Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is central to the day-to-day operation of our online store fronts and supports our wider marketing and SEO efforts across multiple channels.

You’ll be involved in a wide range of e-Commerce tasks — from uploading new product listings, refreshing our on-site content, to running SEO audits, improving internal linking structures, and supporting backlink outreach efforts. You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to help maintain a high-quality digital presence across all customer touchpoints.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in e-Commerce and  Digital Marketing, who wants hands-on execution. We are also looking eager people, who want to gain experience inside a fast-moving, regulated consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce & Website Operations

  • Manage product uploads and updates on our WooCommerce/WordPress sites — including copy, imagery, pricing, and specifications
  • Ensure category pages, promotions, and merchandising are regularly refreshed and aligned with campaign activity
  • Maintain the accuracy and consistency of product data, SKUs, and on-site search filters
  • Conduct regular QA checks to ensure site functionality, mobile optimisation, and link health
  • Liaise with design or development partners to troubleshoot minor bugs or content issues

SEO & Content Support

  • Assist with keyword research, on-page optimisation, and metadata updates
  • Help implement and maintain strong internal linking structures to support SEO performance and user navigation
  • Conduct basic technical SEO audits — flagging issues such as broken links, crawl errors, redirects, and page speed problems
  • Support backlink outreach by identifying link opportunities and coordinating with content or PR teams
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
  • Help develop and upload blog content, landing pages, and SEO-driven campaign assets

Marketing & Reporting Support

  • Pull reports from Google Analytics, Search Console, and e-commerce platforms to support campaign reviews
  • Track product performance, sales velocity, and user engagement across key pages
  • Assist with the creation of email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo or similar), including asset coordination and testing
  • Help manage the content calendar and support cross-functional teams with asset uploads or updates

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid attention to detail and a genuine interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and website operations
  • Experience (or willingness to learn) platforms like WordPress/WooCommerce, GA4, and SEO tools
  • Basic understanding of technical SEO principles — including crawlability, indexation, site speed, and structured data
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting dashboards to spot trends or surface insights
  • Strong organisational skills — you’re confident managing multiple tasks and working across teams
  • Good written communication skills and an eye for formatting, layouts, and clean presentation
  • Proactive and self-starting — you take initiative and don’t wait for instruction to spot and fix issues

Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

  • Familiarity with e-Commerce CMS systems (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Moz
  • Understanding of internal linking best practices and how they support search rankings and UX
  • Experience with backlink outreach or PR-led link-building strategies
  • Interest in consumer product trends, DTC brands, or regulated industries
  • Knowledge of tools like Klaviyo, Asana, Canva, or similar platforms

What You’ll Get

  • Hands-on experience in e-Commerce and Digital Marketing execution
  • Exposure to website strategy, SEO, performance analysis, and campaign planning
  • A collaborative team environment with support across marketing, product, and operations
  • Ownership of site-critical tasks that make a real impact on customer experience
  • Growth opportunities in a fast-paced, mission-driven business
