We’re looking for a curious, highly ambitious Graduate, or someone with an equivalent Level 6 qualification to join our Strategy & Change Team to learn from experienced consultants and make a meaningful contribution from day one.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across business analysis, project delivery and organisational change, supporting a varied mix of client and internal projects. You could be gathering requirements, mapping processes, preparing reports, coordinating activity or engaging with stakeholders building practical skills while helping organisations deliver positive, lasting change.
