The primary objective of this role is to drive sustainable commercial growth by acquiring new corporate clients, expanding existing client relationships, and strengthening Clarity’s position as the leading local technology provider in Jersey.

The Head of Growth, will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, tasked with driving new business in a competitive market. This role demands a dynamic leader that can create impactful sales pipelines.

Key activities & responsibilities

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services, as well as innovative routes to market
  • Proactively identifying and engaging with appropriate decision-makers within target organisations
  • Generating new business leads through proactive outreach, networking, and targeted prospecting activities
  • Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, from initial engagement through to contract completion
  • Leading face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective and existing clients
  • Building, managing, and strengthening long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and clients to generate repeat and incremental business
  • Establishing new client relationships and securing new-to-business opportunities within the Jersey market
  • Thinking strategically and contributing to the wider commercial strategy, setting clear objectives to support business growth and market leadership
  • Supporting and, where appropriate, leading bid and proposal development for new contracts
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of Clarity’s products and services and acting as a trusted advisor internally and externally
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on promotional strategies, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Attending and representing the business at relevant industry events, seminars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and market presence
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
  • Leading sales forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting to the Board of Directors
  • Negotiating commercial terms and pricing with clients to achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
  • Developing and refining the company’s sales and marketing strategy to support long-term growth
