Help build the future of dispute resolution.
At Aavagard and Aavalynx, we believe the future of disputes is not about replacing lawyers with AI. It is about enabling lawyers to make better strategic decisions.
We are building the next generation of dispute resolution: combining world-class legal expertise, strategic thinking, data, and artificial intelligence to help clients understand not only what the law says, but what they should do.
To achieve this, we are looking for an exceptional dispute resolution lawyer who is fascinated by technology, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to help shape entirely new ways of practising law.
This is not a traditional fee-earning role. Nor is it a software engineering role. It is an opportunity to become one of the architects of how complex disputes will be managed over the coming decade.
The Role
As a Legal Architect, you will work alongside litigators, AI engineers, mathematicians and product specialists to transform legal expertise into scalable strategic intelligence.
You will help design the legal workflows, reasoning processes and decision frameworks that power our technology.
Your work may include:
Every week will look different.
Some days you may be analysing legal arguments.
Others you may be designing product features with engineers.
Others you may be discussing litigation strategy with senior lawyers or demonstrating new functionalities to clients.
Who We’re Looking For:
We care far more about curiosity, analytical ability and strategic thinking than years of experience.
You are likely to:
You do not need to know how to code.
However, an understanding of AI tools, prompt engineering, data structures or product thinking is an advantage.
What Makes This Role Different:
Most legal architect roles focus on document automation, workflow optimisation or implementing existing legal technology.
This role is different.
You will help create new methods of strategic legal reasoning.
You will contribute to products that combine legal expertise with artificial intelligence to support better decision-making across the lifecycle of complex disputes.
You will have genuine influence over how those products evolve and how lawyers interact with them.
Why Join Us?
You will have the opportunity to:
We Think You’ll Thrive Here If…
If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
