Who we are
Aavalynx is an award-winning dispute resolution platform that helps in-house teams, funders, and law firms resolve disputes faster, at lower cost, and with more control. AI is at the core of how the product works and how we build it.
What we’re looking for
Senior full-stack engineer — a strong generalist comfortable owning systems end to end, from the database up to the screen. You’ll work across user-facing features, backend services, data pipelines, integrations, and our document management system, making architectural calls independently and shipping pragmatically.
Our stack: Python, temporal.io, React, Vite, Azure, and Terraform. We expect fluency with modern AI-assisted development as part of how you already work.
How we work
Small team, high autonomy, low ceremony — a direct line from you to product decisions, with no process between you and shipping. AI-guided development is core to how we operate: we’re actively figuring out how to move fast while keeping the codebase maintainable and high quality. You’ll sit close to domain experts.
The company
We’re 13 people in total, fully remote across Jersey, the UK, Finland, and Brazil. We’re closing our next investment round and doubling the tech team from 4 to 8. We meet in person 3–4 times a year at retreats somewhere in Europe. It is also possible to become an owner through sweat equity.
