Senior Software Developer / Solution Provider

Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure
Location: Jersey, Channel Islands (relocation required)

We are hiring a senior, hands-on developer to design and deliver Microsoft-based business solutions.
This is not a support or admin role. You will be building, reviewing, and owning solutions.

Relocation to Jersey is required.
We provide work permit (licence) sponsorship and relocation support.

What you’ll do

·        Lead solution design and delivery

·        Build on Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform

·        Deliver integrations and custom portals

·        Use Azure services where they make sense

·        Own security, authentication, and best practice

·        Review code and guide other developers

·        Work directly with clients on real delivery

Essential experience

·        Proven, hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse

·        Strong Power Apps (Model-driven and Canvas)

·        Power Automate beyond basic flows

·        Plugins, integrations, and solution structure

·        Solid understanding of security, roles, and authentication

·        Web fundamentals (APIs, JavaScript)

If you have not delivered multiple Dynamics / Power Platform solutions in production, this role will not be a fit.

Nice to have

·        Azure (Functions, App Services, Storage, Service Bus)

·        Azure AD / Entra ID authentication flows

·        Power Pages and custom portal builds

·        Business Central integrations
