Blind Coding Challenge

Are you a frontend master? An HTML wizard with serious CSS fu? Then this is the challenge for you.

Battling against the clock, and each other, entrants to this challenge will have just 15 minutes to code a webpage without loading the page in the browser until the time is up.

With 3 challenges entrants will be scored by our judge and the winner will take home their very own remote control drone!

What is “blind coding”?

Blind Coding is where a programmer works on code without running it until completion. Normally this is a terrible idea but it makes for a very fun challenge!

What level of code do I need to know?

We’d suggest a solid grounding in HTML / CSS is required. JavaScript is optional and there’s no other requirements.

Do you provide a computer?

No sorry, you must bring your own laptop.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

This event is open to all.

What do I need to bring to the event?

All entrants must bring their own laptop computer.
