Following on from the success of our digital breakfast briefing in March, ‘Dispelling the Myths of Social Media’ we are pleased to announce the second in our series of events around the theme of Digitally Engaging with Customers.

Session two ‘Web Presence’, will look at customer behaviour and how easy it is for customers to find your company and organisation online and the importance of adaptable websites across multiple platforms. We’ll analyse what’s happening to those customers who aren’t using traditional retail channels and whether they’re able to find you? Also whether companies and organisations are maximising their number of potential customers?

Our speakers will share expert advice and their journey on building a strong web presence.

Mark Evans, Webreality

Mark is one of Jersey’s leading specialists in search marketing, search engine optimisation and pay per click advertising, heading up the Search Marketing Division at Webreality. Mark will share his knowledge and thoughts on how best to ensure company websites are visible and found by their target market.

Neil Pinel, Dunell’s Premier Wines

Neil has been involved in all aspects of the business since 1988 and was appointed as Managing Director in 1999 when his father retired.

Neil will talk about how having a successful website has been key in ensuring his business keeps up with the change in consumer buying trends.

David Cullen, Roulette Clothing

Roulette Clothing have had a transactional website for seven years, but their online success didn’t happen overnight. A recent partnership with another online fashion platform and heavy use of social media to promote their products, have helped boost both their visibility to potential customers and search engine optimisation.

Owner, David Cullen, will share his advice and tips on building and developing a prominent online presence.
