Get Ready for Cyber Security Law (Jersey) 2026 - CorefocusX

The new Cyber Security (Jersey) Law is just around the corner, with commencement scheduled for Autumn 2026. It represents a step-change in expected practice for organisations and businesses in Jersey on governance, controls, incident response and supply-chain assurance.

Speakers from the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (JOIC) and the Jersey Cyber Security Centre (JCSC) will set out what the Law will mean in practice, and we’ll explain how the CorefocusX and Claranet partnership is built to support firms through it.

The session will include speakers from the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (JOIC) and the Jersey Cyber Security Centre (JCSC). They will provide an update on the Cyber Security (Jersey) Law 2026, due to come into effect in Autumn 2026.

This event is aimed at boards, senior executives, risk and compliance personnel, and IT leaders across regulated and essential service sectors, including financial services, utilities, transport, health, digital infrastructure, retail, food supply chains and public administration.

The event will cover:

• How to demonstrate readiness for the Cyber Security Law (Jersey) 2026

The session will focus on practical examples and clear takeaways.

There will be time for Q&A, followed by networking for in-person attendees.
