The Government’s Strategy for Sustainable Economic Development, published in October 2023, set out a vision for the Island –

To be a consistently high performing, environmentally sustainable and technologically advanced small island economy by 2040.

But what is the strategy for becoming technologically advanced? Jersey has a unique resource that should be exploited – the brilliant entrepreneurs in various fields of technology whose home is Jersey or who have made their home in the Island.

This meeting will give a great opportunity to discuss these issues. Three hugely successful entrepreneurs and the Chief Executive of Digital Jersey will make opening comments –

  • Dave Wyatt, former EMEA General Manager of Databricks
  • Pete Wild, Founder Exilium Ventures
  • Tom Hacquoil, CEO Pinpoint
  • Tony Moretta, Chief Executive Digital Jersey
