Join us at the Digital Jersey Hub for the Connecting Health – Clinical Data Repository (CDR) and openEHR Procurement briefing

Providing the foundation for Jersey’s Single Patient Record, this procurement is a key step in the Connecting Health programme, enabling health and care information to be shared more effectively across services, improving access to information for patients and professionals, and creating the foundations for future innovation.

The platform will use internationally recognised open standards to ensure clinical information remains portable, reusable and independent of any single application supplier.

The opportunity

The Government of Jersey is inviting tenders for a centralised Clinical Data Repository (CDR) and real-time, openEHR-compliant data platform as part of the Connecting Health digital transformation programme. The procurement will establish the core data and interoperability capabilities needed for a more connected, coordinated and digitally enabled health and care system.

The Government is seeking a single supplier to deliver the overall requirement, with joint bids, partnerships and Special Purpose Vehicles accepted where appropriate. The anticipated contract term is five years, with an option to extend for up to a further two years.
