This scheme is a significant move by the Government, offering a 150% RegTech Super-Deduction to businesses investing in regulatory technology. The incentive is part of a broader strategy to enhance Jersey’s productivity and international competitiveness by leveraging technology in support of regulatory processes. It’s designed specifically for entities regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission and covers expenditure on hardware, software, and training related to RegTech.
