Women Matter in Tech – How to Benefit from Diversity

The fact that there are more CEOs called David and Peter than the total number of women in CEO positions is worrying. Naomi’s keynote presentation takes a look at what the economic argument is for closing the gender gap, how diversity impacts performance and how to make diversity programmes work. Closing her keynote, Naomi discusses a few steps we could all put into practice in the short term to start improving diversity at the workplace.
