Jersey Post is exploring how we can improve and expand our online services, and we’re inviting customers to have their say.
We’re running a short survey to understand which features and capabilities people value most when interacting with postal services online. Whether you regularly track parcels, manage deliveries, or simply want more flexibility in how you access our services, your views will directly influence what we prioritise next.
The survey takes only a few minutes to complete and is open until 10 April.
