Over the past year, Jersey-founded property technology company Hiizzy has reached a series of significant milestones that reflect both its commercial growth and its increasing role in the UK’s digital property transformation.
Most recently, Hiizzy launched distribution to Zoopla, giving homeowners using its platform access to one of the UK’s largest property marketplaces. While an important commercial achievement, the company views this as just one part of a much broader journey.
Hiizzy’s ambition extends beyond improving how homes are marketed. Its long-term vision is to create Transaction-Ready Property where trusted property information is captured at the point a property is listed and securely reused throughout the buying and selling process. The goal is to reduce duplication, improve transparency and help create faster, more certain property transactions.
As that vision has evolved, Hiizzy has increasingly been invited to contribute to the wider conversation about the future of digital property infrastructure.
During the past twelve months the company has:
Alongside these strategic developments, Hiizzy has also continued to receive independent recognition for its growth and innovation. The company was named Digital Jersey Start-up of the Year 2026 and was selected to participate in the PwC PropTech Growth Builder programme, chosen as one of a small cohort of high-potential PropTech businesses following an international selection process.
Together, these milestones demonstrate the company’s evolution from an innovative consumer platform into a business helping shape the next generation of digital property infrastructure.
Lewis Buckley, CEO and Founding Partner of Hiizzy, said:
“When we founded Hiizzy, we believed there had to be a better way to buy and sell property. Today that vision has evolved beyond creating better property listings.
We believe the future lies in Transaction-Ready Property, where trusted information is assembled at the very beginning of the journey and securely reused throughout the transaction. That has the potential to reduce friction, improve transparency and make buying and selling homes significantly more efficient.
It’s particularly encouraging that our vision aligns so closely with the direction being taken by government, industry and technology leaders. Working alongside organisations such as DPMSG, CFIT, OPDA and partners like Zoopla gives us the opportunity not only to build innovative technology, but also to contribute to the wider transformation of the UK property market.
We’re incredibly proud that this journey is being led from Jersey.”
Allan Wood, Chief Commercial Officer and Founding Partner of Hiizzy, added:
“One of the most exciting aspects of the past year has been seeing our strategy independently validated by respected organisations across both the public and private sectors.
From our selection for PwC’s PropTech Growth Builder programme to collaborating with organisations helping define the future of digital property transactions, each milestone reinforces our belief that the market is moving towards trusted, reusable property information.
Our role is to help turn that vision into practical technology that benefits homeowners, property professionals and the wider industry. We believe Jersey is an outstanding place from which to build that ambition.”
Founded and headquartered in Jersey, Hiizzy continues to develop technology designed to improve every stage of the property journey.
While today’s platform helps homeowners market their properties with national reach through Zoopla, the company’s longer-term ambition is far broader: to help build the trusted digital infrastructure that will underpin the next generation of residential property transactions across the UK.
