I joined The Orchard two years ago as a Jersey presence for our pan-Channel Islands clients and to grow the proposition on island. As a Jersey girl I love telling stories from our island’s communities and understand their power to move the dial and create positive change.
I returned to writing following a 13-year career in the private wealth and so have amassed a good technical knowledge of the finance sector and of Jersey’s place as an international finance centre. At The Orchard we service every sector including hospitality, tourism, healthcare, telecoms and the third sector.
We help organisations shape their story, protect their reputation and show up in the right places with the right message. This spans across media and reputation, content and narrative, social and digital and creative and production, helping clients stay relevant and driving results across Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man and the UK.

Being Culture Smart means more than staying informed. It requires a genuine understanding of the conversations, trends and movements shaping the Channel Islands, whether that’s the rise of AI in business, evolving workplace expectations, or the growing influence of entrepreneurial communities. Knowing context helps us to shape the campaign so that it really matters.

We worked with Sure as part of their rebrand to Sure by Beyon. This was so much more than a rebrand, it was about introducing a new identity and asking why it mattered to their customers and the wider community. By putting people and place at the heart of the storytelling, The Orchard created a launch that felt relevant, reassuring and rooted in local reality.
The campaign exceeded its targets, generating more than 2.1 million impressions, achieving 100% positive sentiment, and securing over 123 brand mentions across print, digital and broadcast media. It also saw The Orchard shortlisted for a 2026 PRCA Dare Award, placing our work on a par with much larger agencies across the UK.
To make work land here, you have to understand the conversations shaping the island, the pressures local businesses are facing and the communities they are trying to reach.For us, staying close to Jersey’s business community is not just about networking, it is part of how we decode culture and turn that understanding into stories that travel, earn attention and create meaningful impact.
