SystemLabs, the Jersey-based IT company that provides business and professional services and solutions, have recently added to their growing Team with four key appointments. Chris Heins has been appointed as Service Delivery Manager, Ashley Le Hegarat as Head of Networks and Security, Leo Silva as Infrastructure Consultant and Courtney Dawson as Marketing Manager.
Chris has over 10 years of experience working in IT in both education and specialist IT firms where he has focused on crisis management and incident recovery. At SystemLabs, he will work in a hybrid role which will see Chris working directly with both SystemLabs’ clients and their internal technical team. Along with his PRINCE 2 project management qualification, Chris’s skillset will enhance the already existing seamless experience for customers.
With over 12.5 years of experience in the IT sector, Ashley joins the team specialising in network engineering and brings with him a wealth of experience. He also holds professional certifications in Network Security, Wireless Local Area Network Enterprise Solutions, ClearPass Policy Management and Aruba Virtual Switching Frameworks.
Leo joins from a local IT services firm where he provided varying levels of technical support. In his new role, Leo will continue to support clients while focusing on process improvement and will work with SystemLabs’ clients to improve the proficiency within their IT environment.
Courtney has over 5 years of experience working in marketing at local IT and finance businesses. She was recently nominated for the Jersey Rising Stars Award for Marketing and won the Jersey Finance Rising Stars Award for Employee Morale and CSR. This award recognises Courtney’s up and coming talent. Courtney will support the growing SystemLabs’ Team to implement marketing and communications strategies.
