Participate in a User Research Study!

Are you a business owner who has recently set up a business in Jersey? I want to hear from you!

UX Forensics is conducting a study to better understand how people interact with the guidance content available for setting up a business in Jersey. If you are a local business owner (partnerships, limited company, or sole trader) who has set up your business in the past six months and has tried to read through the guidance content on JFSC, I’d love your insights.

Study details:

• Each session will last approximately 60 minutes. During this time, we will review your recent experience with guidance content and specifically address any problems or issues you encountered.
• The sessions can be conducted in person or remotely, depending on your convenience. If you prefer an in-person session, I am happy to travel to your location. I will conduct the interviews alone to ensure a comfortable environment for candid feedback.
• The sessions will be recorded for accuracy in reporting, but all feedback will be anonymised in the final report.

Confidentiality:
All information gathered during these sessions will be treated as confidential. I have signed a service agreement to ensure all results are kept confidential, and all participant data is anonymised. Anything presented to the JFSC will be completely anonymised, so they will not know who gave what feedback.
