Commenting on the promotions, CEO, Chris Clark advised “we see 2021 and 2022 as significant years of both organic and acquisitive growth. Having created eleven new roles in January of this year, we have already successfully filled four roles, with various candidates presently being interviewed across the breadth of business in both Jersey and Guernsey to meet client demand. The accelerated Digital Transformation caused by Covid-19 has seen all four dimensions of our business (Strategy & Change, Technical Solutions, Business Solutions, Learning & Engagement) meet significant demand and phenomenal successes across various business sectors, locally and Internationally. We can only see this demand growing in coming years.
Having celebrated our tenth anniversary in February this year, we can see several aspects of our robust growth plans coming to fruition across 2021 and 2022, therefore we are making space across the Organisation to ensure that our colleagues can continue to thrive and prosper to support our continued growth”.
Marisa Hamon has been with Prosperity since 2011, her work throughout the pandemic has been recognised as pivotal in our collaborative strength and wellbeing position for accelerated growth.
Peter Wright joined Prosperity from his CFO role at Fiduchi in July 2018, he has a strong track record supporting significant acquisitive and organic growth from his time at Goldmoney and he has helped Prosperity mature from an internal process perspective since joining us.
Peter Stoten joined the team in 2016, having previously worked at Greenlight. Since joining Prosperity, Peter has developed the Strategy & Change team considerably, helping us to grow this dimension of our service offering to a leading position across the Channel Islands.
Marcus Bailey joined Prosperity from C5 Alliance having previously been IT Manager at Sanne. Since joining Prosperity in 2018 he has been promoted through the ranks due to his proven capability as well as his passion for development and client focused outcomes.
Fil Gouveia has been instrumental in many projects throughout 2020, especially helping on critical Covid projects for various colleagues, his role spearheading aspects of Office 365 and primarily SharePoint and MSBookings adoption has been pivotal for several clients.
Roy Thompson who joined Prosperity as a Junior Consultant in 2017 and is part of the Business Solutions team. His diverse skills married with his ability to learn and achieve qualifications in various key technologies has seen his delivery for clients flourish.
