Mark McLachlan has been promoted to the Director of Managed Services at C5 Alliance.
The Channel Islands’ largest technology solutions provider C5 Alliance, which forms part of BDO in Jersey, is continuing to invest in its people, making a key promotion in their Managed Service Team. Mark McLachlan has been promoted to the Director of Managed Services. This appointment reflects C5 Alliance’s continued growth in the Channel Islands and its plans to expand its client base.
Mark has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and has worked in the Legal, Fiduciary and Banking sectors. He has recently been awarded his ‘ITIL 4 Managing Professional’ certification which provides practical and technical knowledge about how to run successful IT enabled services, teams, and workflows. Mark is also a Certified EU GDPR Foundation and Practitioner. These qualifications enable Mark to deliver strong, effective leadership and management skills with a commercial view to the C5 Managed Service Department, aligning IT service delivery with business goals, meeting client needs.
In his new role Mark will work within C5’s Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement their delivery strategy across Managed Services, developing and growing services in line with technology and business strategy. In addition, he will ensure best practice is followed for Managed Services’ clients and ensure a continual service improvement focus.
