Vaiie has partnered with LSEG Risk Intelligence to bring global trusted risk data within their CLM Platform.

Vaiie has integrated LSEG’s Risk Intelligence data into its Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, the software regulated firms use to onboard, verify and manage essential due diligence on their clients.
Firms across the financial services, fiduciary and corporate services sectors can now screen new clients against analyst-verified data on sanctioned individuals, politically exposed persons (PEPs) and high-risk entities. These checks happen directly inside the Vaiie platform, within the onboarding workflow firms already use.
Paul Webber, EMEA Partnerships, LSEG Risk Intelligence, said:
“LSEG is committed to supporting organisations as they build robust, scalable approaches to risk and compliance. Vaiie has established itself as a trusted technology partner to financial services firms, and we’re pleased to be supporting the business as it looks to extend that offering into more international finance centres. This partnership reflects the value of bringing together LSEG’s data and Vaiie’s technology to help firms meet their regulatory obligations with confidence, wherever they operate.”
Vaiie has built a strong reputation for regulatory technology in Jersey and Guernsey, helping firms automate the client checks they are required to carry out, including KYC, KYB and CDD. As Vaiie expands into new jurisdictions and international finance centres, LSEG’s globally recognised data will support it in bringing its platform to a wider international audience.
Vaiie’s CEO, Lee Bosio, explained:
“This partnership marks the next phase of growth for us. Having established ourselves as a trusted RegTech provider in the Channel Islands, we are now focused on accelerating our growth across multiple jurisdictions and international finance centres. Having LSEG’s data and global reputation behind us gives our clients confidence in their compliance decisions, and gives us a strong foundation to build on as we grow.”
