XRM has bolstered its offering with a trio of new starters, as well as a string of company-wide exam successes.

Leading software development company and Microsoft Dynamics specialists, XRM, has bolstered its offering with a trio of new starters, as well as a string of company-wide exam successes.

Senior .Net Developer, Wesley Nell, and Business Solutions Consultants, Isaac Hart and Fernando Perrone, all joined the St Helier-based company at the same time.

Wesley is one of XRM’s Microsoft Azure Solutions Architects, specialising in Dynamics Solutions. Isaac excels at coding and software design, including C+, Python and R. Meanwhile, Fernando has returned to Jersey after studying web design at degree level in Argentina alongside JavaScript coding.

In recent weeks, Wesley and Isaac have further boosted their skills and expertise by adding these key Microsoft qualifications to their bow:

• Wesley has passed his AZ-204: Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure exam, formalising his Azure cloud development expertise
• Isaac has further solidified his Dynamics knowledge by achieving two qualifications – Exam PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant and Exam MB-910: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)

Meanwhile, XRM’s Associate Director, Paul Le Herissier, has successfully completed two CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership modules.

Simon Jackson, Managing Director of XRM, said: “It’s great to have Wesley, Isaac and Fernando on board. Their appointments are testimony to the fact we’ve gone from strength-to-strength in recent months. Having them join the team has enabled us to continue to grow as a company and provide our clients with leading Microsoft Dynamics solutions delivered by the best talent around.

“We’re committed to supporting our team, especially when it comes to building upon their existing expertise, and it’s great to see so many of them doing so well in relation to their studies recently.”
