Head of Commercial Transformation and Partnerships – JT Global

This is a newly created, high-impact leadership role at the centre of JT’s growth strategy. Within this role you will accelerate growth, monetise significant network and infrastructure investments and future‑proof our portfolio. Leading the commercial transformation agenda, you will shape how we convert innovation, emerging technology and strategic acquisitions into scalable propositions, sustainable revenue streams and long-term competitive advantage.

Working across the organisation, you will establish the frameworks, methodologies and partnerships needed to enter new markets, optimise go-to-market effectiveness and unlock the full value of our capabilities. You will bridge the gap between innovation and commercialization ensuring that ideas are translated into viable, market-ready solutions and lead the integration of acquisitions to deliver measurable synergies and growth. From defining new partnership models to driving network monetisation and shaping our AI strategy for priority sectors such as Government and Financial Services, you will play a pivotal role in positioning JT and our customers at the forefront of the market.
