We are looking for a Head of Product to lead, scale, and modernise our end-to-end product portfolio across Consumer, SME, Enterprise, and International markets. Within this role, you will own the full product lifecycle across connectivity, digital infrastructure, mobile and value‑added services ensuring our portfolio drives sustainable growth, competitiveness and long-term value. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our transformation, connecting market insight, technology capability and commercial performance to evolve our business to service-led, platform-based models.
A critical focus will be the evolution and accelerated growth of our Network Managed Services proposition. You will shape and scale our capabilities across areas such as SD‑WAN, SASE and managed security, bridging the gap between core infrastructure and next-generation services. Working across Finance, Technology, Sales, Marketing and Operations, you will lead through influence to align priorities and deliver results at scale, while building and leveraging strategic partnerships to extend capability, enable indirect routes to market and strengthen our competitive position.
This is a unique opportunity to define the future of our product portfolio and make a significant commercial impact. In your first 12 months, you will map and assess the current portfolio, deliver a clear and ambitious 24‑month roadmap, establish or optimise key strategic partnerships and successfully launch or refresh a leading Network Managed Services proposition that drives enterprise and wholesale growth. We’re looking for a hybrid leader, technically grounded, commercially driven and experienced in telecoms and managed services who is energised by transformation and thrives in complexity.
