Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst
Location: Jersey, Channel Islands (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000–£70,000+ depending on experience

We’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst to join our growing Delivery team in Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional who enjoys working directly with clients, solving business challenges and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.

The Role
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather and document requirements, design Salesforce solutions and support successful project delivery. You’ll collaborate with consultants, developers and project managers while acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

As your experience grows, you’ll have opportunities to lead engagements, mentor junior consultants, contribute to pre-sales activities and help shape innovative solutions using the latest Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to understand business requirements and processes.
• Produce user stories, functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools including Flows, validation rules, security and automation.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and provide expert Salesforce guidance.
• Work with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support UAT, training and deployment activities.
• Participate in demonstrations, RFP responses and solution presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement.

About You
You’ll have a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform together with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Essential:

• Minimum of 3 Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud)
• Experience delivering Salesforce implementation projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and automation
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively within project teamsDesirable:
• Financial Services Cloud experience
• Financial services industry experience
• Additional Salesforce certifications
• Integration experience
• Knowledge of Agentforce or Salesforce AI capabilities

Salary & Benefits
Typical salaries range from £50,000–£60,000 for capable mid-level consultants, £60,000–£70,000 for experienced consultants with multiple certifications, and £70,000+ for senior consultants leading engagements.
