This permanent position offers the opportunity to step into a Voice Technician role within the Engineering team, playing a key part in keeping our networks running smoothly. You will deliver ongoing technical support for voice services across Consumer, Enterprise and International customers, contributing to telco grade solutions that sit at the heart of our business.
In this role, you will manage and resolve voice related cases and incidents linked to both planned and remedial activities, ensuring service levels are met and customers remain connected. The work will stretch your technical capability, strengthen your problem solving skills and build confidence as you handle real world network challenges with visible impact.
