The session will combine a short overview of the current AI landscape with practical examples across client work, knowledge, compliance, administration and management.

We will also demonstrate what an AI-ready business system looks like in practice.

During the session, a management dashboard will be built live using AI and the Zygos API, starting from a simple business requirement and turning it into a working application.

The purpose of the demonstration is not to showcase coding.

It is to demonstrate a broader shift in how firms will use technology.

As AI becomes capable of working directly with structured data, APIs and business systems, firms will increasingly be able to create tools and workflows that reflect the way they actually operate, rather than relying only on the functionality their software provides out of the box.

That raises a much more important question for professional services firms:
