About Us
Paul Fraser Collectibles has thirty years of expertise, trust and data that almost no one else in this market holds, and we’re putting that to work. We’re a leading rare collectibles business, trusted with high-value stamps, coins, autographs, memorabilia and historical artefacts. We’re investing in digital and AI-driven products to accelerate our growth, attract a wider audience and modernise how collectors interact with us.
The Role
We’re hiring a Product Manager to own product strategy and delivery across our digital estate. You’ll bring coherence to the UX/UI across our websites and channels, ship new AI-enabled products and drive automation and measurement across the business. This is a hands-on role for someone entrepreneurial who thrives without a large existing product function around them.
Key Responsibilities
Product strategy & roadmap – define priorities, write specs, and manage delivery from idea to launch across all digital products
New product delivery – lead development and integration of novel AI-assisted and technical tools
UX/UI coherence – establish consistent design and experience standards across products, websites and distribution channels
Automation – identify and implement AI/automation opportunities in workflows, customer communications and reporting
Analytics & measurement – define KPIs for every product, run experiments, and use data to drive prioritisation and improvement
Delivery management – work with internal developers and external resources; manage technical delivery, specs and testing
What We’re Looking For

Proven track record as a Product Manager (or similar) shipping successful digital products
Strong working knowledge of AI/LLM tools and how to apply them both commercially and for the benefit of internal teams
Comfortable with modern analytics and marketing/automation tooling
Strong UX/UI instincts and experience setting design standards across a product suite
Data-driven, highly organised, excellent communicator
Able to translate business goals into a practical, sequenced roadmap
Desirable
Applied AI product experience
Digital publishing or community platform experience
Familiarity with tools such as Posthog, HubSpot, Beehiiv, Klaviyo, Google Analytics
What Success Looks Like
Within 12 months, you will have shipped MVPs of several of our planned technical projects, put measurement and KPIs in place across our products, and established a consistent product/design standard across our digital channels.
Package
Competitive salary, dependent on experience and subject to regular review
Performance-related annual bonus
Potential equity participation/share option schema
25 days holiday plus public holidays
Opportunity to build and lead a significant technology business from inception
