Prior to relocating to Jersey, Tom was Managing Director of Enhance in London, establishing our Consultancy practice with Dr Ruzhen Li and continues to actively advise a small number of families and institutional investment clients.

Justin Simpson, Chief Operating Officer of Enhance Group

Justin has primary responsibility for the ongoing operations of the Group; overseeing systems, product development and project implementation. In addition he sits on the board of the Jersey regulated business (Enhance Wealth Consultancy Limited), and sits on the Executive Committee and chairs the Operations Committee.
