We are delighted to announce that the first cohort of students for our Coding Programme have been confirmed.
We have had a remarkable response for our six-month vocational coding programme, with over 30+ applications.
Thank you to all of you who applied and congratulations to those that were accepted. Successful candidates showed great passion and energy and were able to demonstrate high level of experience and project work. To those of you that were unsuccessful, please keep in touch as we hope to run a number of similar programmes in the future.
The six-month vocational learning programme aims to develop the skills necessary for an entry-level role in the digital industry. The syllabus involves a mixture of classroom-based activity and self-taught study. While there are no examinations, learners benefit from regular evaluations and project assessment and a final project presentation. The programme is interactive, using multiple media in a flexible format and created and supported by ‘Mentors’ from the Digital sector. Learners can be sure that what they will be learning will be relevant and up to date.
