Orchard has been shortlisted for a PRCA DARE Award for its culture-first brand refresh campaign for Sure by Beyon – a launch built on community connection, clarity and conversation rather than a single big reveal.
The campaign marked the unveiling of Sure by Beyon’s new identity, helping customers across the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man understand not just what was changing, but why it mattered. By putting people and place at the heart of the storytelling, Orchard created a launch that felt relevant, reassuring and rooted in local reality.
The PR-led communications agency has been shortlisted in the Event / Launch of the Year category, recognised for an approach designed specifically for close‑knit island markets. Rather than treating the refresh as a one‑off moment, Orchard shaped it as an ongoing conversation – allowing trust, understanding and advocacy to build over time.
That approach delivered tangible results. The campaign exceeded its targets, generating more than 2.1 million impressions, achieving 100% positive sentiment, and securing over 123 brand mentions across print, digital and broadcast media. The outcome was sustained visibility, meaningful cut‑through across the islands and a refreshed brand successfully launched across local markets.
Brooke Kenyon, Managing Director – Strategy & Agency Growth at Orchard, said:
“Being shortlisted for a third year shows that work grounded in real insight can stand shoulder to shoulder with much bigger national campaigns. We’re proud the PRCA has recognised a launch that didn’t just look the part, but delivered clear results where it really counts.
“The Sure by Beyon launch worked because we didn’t rush it. Local people needed time to understand the change, talk about it and feel comfortable with it. On islands, trust is the channel.”
Gemma Ainger, Brand Communications Lead at Sure by Beyon, said:
“This project was huge and Orchard’s role in bringing the brand refresh to life across Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man, was pivotal. From shaping the messaging and securing excellent coverage, to creating standout island events that made the brand refresh feel like a genuine moment for everyone. Their team helped make the transition feel clear, confident and meaningful for both colleagues and customers, helping to position the Crown Dependencies as a sophisticated and confident part of Beyon’s global brand.”
The PRCA DARE Awards celebrate PR and communications work that combines creativity with measurable impact across the UK and Crown Dependencies. Winners will be announced on 3 June in Bristol.
