Posted: 25/06/2025

Leading provider of marketing qualifications, Professional Academy, has joined Digital Jersey membership and is celebrating with a FREE offer.

Professional Academy has been delivering the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) professional qualifications as their strategic partner for over 20 years in Jersey and has recently relocated to Digital Jersey to take up membership.

To mark this exciting move, they are offering FREE taster sessions of the brand new CIM qualifications which are quicker to complete and more relevant to today’s digital world. The taster sessions, led by a range of Professional Academy tutors with over 27 years’ experience, will be delivered both onsite at Digital Jersey and online.

The first session, delivered by Christopher Journeaux who is based in Jersey, was online and attracted over 20 delegates with excellent feedback. It covered content marketing, SEO, social media marketing and paid search management. Christopher will repeat this session at Digital Jersey on the 24th July, and again online on the 4th July.

Head of Learning at Professional Academy, Philip Knowles will also deliver an online session on the 8th August and CEO, Martin Hutchins, will do the final face-to-face session on the 21st August. All the sessions will run from 9am to 12noon.

Martin said, “We are very excited to be working with Digital Jersey and introduce the new CIM qualifications with these taster sessions. They will give delegates an idea of what to expect from our qualifications courses and provide some top tips for their digital marketing that can be put into practice straight away. We hope to whet your appetite for our complete courses which also include MarTech and E-Commerce.”

Christopher and Martin will also host Open Days where they will be available to chat to anyone who is interested in finding out more about the CIM qualifications in the afternoons of the 26th June, 24th July and 21st August at Digital Jersey between 1 and 4pm.
