Since joining Chrome in March 2023, Rachel has played an instrumental role in shaping the company’s operational backbone. Most recently serving as Head of Operations, she led initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and integrate cross departmental collaboration. Under her leadership, Chrome has seen improvements in on-time delivery, cost control, and operational agility.
In her new role as Operations Director, Rachel will be responsible for:
-Oversight of all core operational functions, including supply chain, logistics, quality assurance, and customer service.
-Implementing scalable processes and systems to support Chrome’s growth ambitions.
-Ensuring operational alignment with strategic objectives.
-Leading and mentoring operational teams across multiple locations
Driving innovation, continuous improvement, and performance measurement frameworks.
