AI Leadership for Jersey: The Executive Programme

A 12-week cohort-based programme equipping Jersey’s senior leaders with the strategy, tools, and confidence to lead AI transformation in their organisations.

What is the AI Leadership Programme?

A hands-on executive programme designed for Jersey-based leaders who want to move beyond the AI hype and build real, organisation-specific AI strategies. Over 12 weeks, participants combine 3 hours of structured self-study with a 3-hour interactive classroom workshop each week, culminating in a live “Golden Use Case” business case presentation to a panel.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this programme, participants will be able to:

Articulate a clear AI strategy aligned to their organisation’s goals

Evaluate AI tools and vendor proposals with confidence

Identify, assess and prioritise AI use cases using a structured framework

Build and present a board-ready AI business case

Anticipate and manage the people, culture and change challenges of AI adoption

Understand the ethical and regulatory considerations relevant to Jersey’s financial services and professional services sectors

Lead cross-functional AI initiatives without needing technical expertise

Why send your people?

Organisations that invest in this programme gain a trained AI champion with the skills to translate AI potential into operational reality. Participants return with a validated use case, a 3-year AI roadmap, and a board-ready business case, all scoped to your organisation, not a generic template.

Firms across finance, legal and professional services are under increasing pressure to demonstrate digital capability to regulators, clients and boards. This programme equips your leadership with the language, frameworks and confidence to respond.

This programme qualifies for CPD, supporting firms in meeting continuing professional development obligations for key staff.

Each of the 12 weeks follows the same structure:

  • Self-Study (3 hours, before class): Video content, reading, and a short individual task to prepare you for the session
  • Classroom Workshop (3 hours): Interactive, output-focused sessions, not lectures. Every week produces a tangible deliverable
  • Running Project: From Week 4 onwards, all work feeds into your personal “Golden Use Case”, a real AI initiative you’ll pitch at the Capstone Finale in Week 12
