Andrew came from a farming background to build an IT distribution company of 30+ years and a turnover of £35m+, understanding what it takes as a leader to empower the company to grow with an impressive colleague retention rate of around 11 years in terms of stay-time at Simms
Gavin Breeze, Founder and Chairman, Evie.
Gavin has been involved in the IT sector since 1989, as founder, seed investor and Non-Executive Director for a number of tech start-up companies. He founded his first business, in contract publishing, at the age of 28. EVie launched at the very back end of 2019 and is an electric car and bike sharing operator, introducing the first affordable on-demand electric vehicle fleet to Jersey.
