Digital Jersey, Jersey’s government funded development agency tasked with accelerating the growth of the digital sector, is looking to recruit a new CEO. The key responsibilities of the role will be strategic and operational management of the organisation, representation of key stakeholders on and off island and representation of Jersey as a digital jurisdiction.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering long term economic, social and reputational objectives together with meeting annual business plan goals, to develop Jersey as a recognised jurisdiction for digital growth. Creating an effective digital ecosystem to support growth
Business development activities supporting business growth and inward investment
Skills and learning development to meet current and projected needs

We are looking for a candidate that has experience in successful senior leadership and business development, as well as a broad understanding of the technological landscape. The role will require a seasoned leader, adept at balancing and aligning multiple stakeholders in a small, highly connected community. The ability to drive change and deliver results will also be critical, as is developing Jersey’s international reputation.
