Marbral Advisory continues expansion with roles in the Isle of man and Jersey

Change and project management specialist Marbral Advisory, has appointed Ian Richardson and Charlotte Boyle as Change Architects.

Change and project management specialist Marbral Advisory, has appointed Ian Richardson and Charlotte Boyle as Change Architects in the Isle of Man and Jersey, respectively.

Both positions are newly created roles in response to the Company’s growing multi-jurisdictional portfolio and expansion in the Isle of Man.

Mr Richardson will deliver change management consultancy, business transformation project management, operational efficiency and advisory services to clients. He will also be responsible for contributing towards the successful growth of the business and brand through networking and developing market-leading products and services in the Isle of Man.

Ms Boyle will deliver Change Management, Digital Transformation, Business Advisory and Technical Consultancy. She will also form an integral part of Marbral Advisory’s Circular Economy and Social Value task force, working towards sustainable business practices and advisory services.

Mr Richardson will be based in the Isle of Man but will be integral to projects across all of the British Isles. He comes to Marbral Advisory after a career spanning both the telecom and aviation sectors. His last role was Head of Commercial Operations for Ettyl Ltd. He is a project manager with proven experience and success in operational management, merger and acquisition, process development, solution roll out, and competitor analysis. He has delivered projects utilising PRINCE2, Agile, and Lean methodologies and has vast experience with multiple software platforms such as Microsoft Office and Azure Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Asana and Adobe Suite. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

In his spare time, Mr Richardson likes to cook, travel and support charitable endeavours. He also takes part in a number of sports including squash, snowboarding and golf – he says his handicap is his golfing ability itself!

Ms Boyle will be based in Jersey but will work cross-jurisdictionally for clients. She joins Marbral Advisory after a career spanning the digital and technology sectors. This includes ten years in UK film and broadcast, supporting cutting edge data I/O, digital infrastructure and digital asset management for BAFTA and Emmy-winning content such as Our Planet, Planet Earth II and Blue Planet II, across providers including Netflix, AppleTV, Discovery, National Geographic and the BBC. Skilled in advising on, designing, and implementing complex workflows, she has a diverse background in business strategy, operations, process improvement, data architecture, and technical software support, including CRM and PSA integrations. She holds an ITIL Foundation 4 and is experienced in working with ExCo, senior leadership, IT management and customer-facing teams to deliver service design and process excellence.

Ms Boyle has also recently become a committee member for IoD Jersey, contributing to their Environment Sub-Committee. In her spare time, Ms Boyle is interested in architecture, sustainable building technologies, travel photography and conservation. She also admits to spending far too much time pinning storage hacks to her Pinterest account!
