Marbral Advisory has experienced unprecedented demand for its change management and project management, products and training services, which has led to the team tripling in size in 2016 and the appointment of a dedicated client experience lead.
Marbral Advisory was founded by experienced change management professional Alexsis Wintour and well-known business leader and entrepreneur, Martin Bralsford, who now acts as Non-Executive Director.
The company delivers a range of services and support to organisations and individuals to deliver effective change within the Finance, Legal, Utilities, Logistics, Telecommunications and Government sectors.
“The demand for our services over the past six months has been incredibly high. We recognise that working in a small community, the talent pool of change and project professionals is limited. We are noticing that clients are now choosing to outsource change to operators like us, as recruiting directly is a challenge,” explains Alexsis Wintour.”
Change projects by their very nature can be diverse. You need a variety of different skills over time. Outsourcing change to firms like Marbral Advisory, offers organisations flexibility to switch out skills and resources as required.
“As a business, we have always been incredibly client focused. In fact, our business is led by our clients’ needs and insights. We have recently introduced dedicated product and service lines in direct response to our clients’ demands and have boosted our team to over 45 to support this. This is quite a feat, considering we were under 20 last year.”
In addition to growing their team and introducing new product and service lines, Marbral Advisory recently appointed a Head of Client Experience. Jackie Maratier, a qualified project manager and client relationship manager, joins the team to ensure Marbral Advisory continues to deliver exceptional service to their clients as they grow and expand.
Marbral Advisory has also seen its presence expand to other offshore jurisdictions in the past year. They recently opened an office in the Isle of Man and as well as a presence in Guernsey.
“We have bold plans for international expansion in 2017, so Jackie’s recent appointment will be a real game changer for us as we continue to grow and develop our offering in Jersey and elsewhere,” explains Martin Bralsford.
