Prosperity 24/7 are demonstrating continued commitment to the island’s digital economy by making substantial investment into a new headquarters.

Prosperity 24/7 are making a substantial investment in Jersey, demonstrating continued commitment to the island’s digital economy as well as the waterfront location of Castle Quay by creating a new global headquarters. The former Tiffin restaurant site at Elizabeth Marina which has lain dormant for many months will be transformed into an incredible new work and event space due to be unveiled in 2022.

Prosperity will relocate their head office from buildings in Commercial Street to this new purpose-built facility ahead of planned international expansion for the Channel Islands based business.

A brand new mezzanine first floor will be created as the new home of Prosperity’s team of technology and business solutions experts which is designed around the needs of colleagues and clients, creating multiple zones for collaborative or quiet working and in line with the company’s flexible working practices.

The ground floor is designed to support a modern workplace for the community. It will be a dynamic location for the business community to meet, work and collaborate. A brand new purpose-built flexible conferencing suite, using the most up to date facilities, will be able to cater for smaller boardroom style events and events up to a larger 100 person capacity, adding more choice to the local meeting venue portfolio.

A third party hospitality company, yet to be agreed, will work with Prosperity on the operational side to deliver a first class meeting and conference experience to ensure the venue becomes the most sought after place for the business community, third sector, visitors and local residents alike to, not only use the space for off-site, remote working, collaboration and events but also to relax after a hard day, to grab a coffee or a glass of wine and take in the ambience of the marina.

Chris Clark, Prosperity’s CEO commented, “Having discussed the design with stakeholders across the business community, all have indicated their support for this investment to create a world class venue. We are really excited to be able to do more to invest in our community and create a fantastic facility for them as well as our colleagues and clients. By putting life back into an empty unused building in a key waterfront location and encouraging diversity in our local economy, we believe it truly symbolises Prosperity’s ethos of looking after clients, colleagues and community so we can all prosper.”
