The metamorphosis into three companies will enable each business team to focus more closely on their core areas of expertise and enable them to excel in their delivery of services to clients.
The three new companies being launched today by Escape are:
Quadra – the digital marketing agency

Indigo Code Collective – the designers and developers

Indigo Code Collective designs and builds web and mobile enabled software for the enterprise. From the core platform to the end user, Indigo Code Collective is enabling companies to go further faster. Amongst its first projects is a platform designed to give small lotteries a cost-effective online presence.
The six strong Indigo Code Collective will be led by hands-on developer and industry veteran, Jason Stratford.

Continuing E-scape’s success in online games development and as a result of increased interest in their content from global customers, the eight strong team at SidePlay is planning for rapid growth and increased output of game content for lottery and online gambling operators around the world.
Sideplay Entertainment will be led by director, Lee Bosio.
